  4. * In order to clarify the situation as to how this READ ONLY version of ArcFS
  5. 2 may or may not be used I have included this file:
  6.  
  7. * Read the following carefully - the conditions have changed from previous
  8. read only versions.

  10. * This read only version of ArcFS is NOT public domian or freeware. However,
  11. it may be copies may be passed on to other people as long as the following
  12. conditions are met:
  13.  
  14.      (1) Copies may be passed between private individuals as long as this
  15.          is done free of charge.
  16.  
  17.      (2) It may be distributed by public domain libraries, as long as no
  18.          more than £5.00 is charged for a disk. If charges are higher than
  19.          this, then my permission must be obtained first.

  21.      (3) It may be freely distributed on the Internet, as long as no charge
  22.          is made for downloading it.
  23.  
  24.      (4) ArcFS must NOT be distributed with software, other than as detailed
  25.          above, without my permission. If a profit is being made from the
  26.          software, then this will normally be in return for a small royalty
  27.          or one-off payment.

  29.      (5) The copyright remains mine at all times.

  31. * No part of the !ArcFS application may be used separately from the rest of
  32. the application without my permission.
